What submitting checkout means
Review the cart, quantities, delivery details and total before selecting Place order. The form submits an order request and provides a reference; it does not automatically accept the sale, collect a card payment or guarantee stock. We contact you to confirm availability, delivery and payment arrangements before fulfilment. Keep the reference and check that your email and phone are correct. If a confirmation page does not appear, contact us before sending the same request again so we can check whether it was received.
Availability, errors and agreement
A request may need to be declined if the selected product is unavailable, the destination cannot be served, details cannot be verified or a material listing error cannot be resolved. If a price, description or delivery detail needs correction, we will explain the issue and ask whether you wish to proceed on the corrected basis or cancel. We will not silently substitute a different construction, increase an accepted price or change the selection without your agreement. A reference acknowledges receipt, not dispatch or a reservation of stock.
Prices and quantities
All amounts are in USD. Listed product prices include applicable sales tax, and checkout does not add a separate sales-tax charge. Shipping costs $5.95 per order for merchandise totals below $100.00 and is free at $100.00 or more. Online quantities are limited to 1–20 per product. Review the current cart after changing quantities: the shipping threshold depends on the merchandise subtotal, not the total including shipping. Choosing and using the accessories
Check the listed dimensions, material, laptop-size limit and load limit before choosing a stand. The Twin vertical dock is for closed-laptop storage, not elevated typing. Screens and lighting can affect apparent colors, so use the written specification for size and construction. Use products on a stable, level indoor surface and follow supplied instructions. Keep laptop vents and cable connections clear. No medical benefit, certification or universal fit is promised. Ask us about uncertain measurements before ordering rather than assuming that a photograph establishes compatibility.
Corrections and cancellation
For a changed address, accidental quantity or cancellation, email [email protected] with your reference and requested correction as soon as possible. You may request cancellation before dispatch. We must check the order stage before confirming whether a change can be made; sending an email does not itself stop a parcel already in transit. After dispatch, use the Returns policy rather than refusing delivery or shipping an item to the registered address without instructions. Approved refunds follow the original payment arrangement and the review process described there.
Delivery, returns and problems
Standard delivery is estimated at 5–8 business days after order and payment confirmation. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Contact us if a parcel is delayed, missing, wrong or damaged and retain relevant packaging and photographs where possible. Change-of-mind return requests must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery; unused, complete products in original packaging are expected. Confirmed defects and fulfilment mistakes are reviewed separately, including reasonable authorized return transport. No separate extended warranty is offered here, and rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
