An order request, not an online charge
Checkout on partnersgrowthacceleration.com sends an order request to Growth Acceleration Partners, LLC. It does not collect a card number or immediately process payment. Review the selected laptop stands or mouse pads, quantities, contact details, delivery address and displayed total before submitting. The reference on the confirmation page helps us locate your request; it is not a payment receipt or evidence that the order has already shipped. Keep it for questions and do not assume you must submit a second request to arrange payment.
Confirmation comes before payment instructions
We contact you to confirm availability, delivery details and the payment arrangements before fulfilment. Payment instructions are provided directly after the order is confirmed. No processor, wallet, instalment provider or credit facility is integrated or represented as available at checkout. We do not promise that a particular payment method will be accepted before discussing the request. If you need a specific method, ask before proceeding. Do not pay on the basis of an unrelated message that cannot be matched to your order and the merchant contact details.
Know the amount you are agreeing to
Prices are in USD and include applicable sales tax. The cart and checkout do not add a separate sales-tax amount. Shipping is $5.95 per order when the merchandise subtotal is below $100.00 and free when that subtotal is $100.00 or more. Check quantities and the resulting total before submission. If a product, price or fulfilment detail needs changing during confirmation, we will explain it and seek your agreement. An unconfirmed request does not authorize a charge, and we will not silently substitute another accessory or increase an accepted price.
Keep financial details out of forms and email
The name, email, phone and address fields are for order handling, not financial authentication. Never enter card numbers, security codes, banking passwords or one-time authorization codes in order notes or general email. Duplicates, interrupted submissions and mistakes

Changes, unpaid requests and cancellation
Tell us promptly if the delivery address, quantity or product selection is incorrect. A request may need to be declined if availability or delivery cannot be confirmed, and a material error must be resolved with you before proceeding. You may request cancellation before dispatch. Contact us before sending payment for a request you no longer want, and do not assume that a cancellation email has stopped a parcel already dispatched. If money has already been paid through the agreed arrangement, we will review the order stage and explain the refund or return steps that apply.
Refunds and payment questions
Approved refunds follow the original payment arrangement. For returns, refunds are initiated within 7 business days after the return is accepted and inspected; a provider may need additional time to show the credit. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer, and original delivery charges are not refunded unless the return concerns an incorrect or defective item.
